Interior renovation and reconfiguring of classroom, office and storage spaces. Interior finish upgrades, new lighting, and rebalancing and reconfiguring of existing mechanical equipment at renovated spaces. Construction of a new bathroom. As well as the installation of a new exterior door with new hardware and exterior concrete slab patio.
Bids will be received for:
Base Bid A – General Construction Work.
Base Bid B – Mechanical Work (HVAC).
Base Bid C – Electrical Work.
Bid documents will be available March 2, 2026.
A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026 starting at 3:30 PM at 309 Schoolhouse Road, Duncannon, PA 17020.
Bids will be due Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 2:00 PM at 309 Schoolhouse Road, Duncannon, PA 17020.
Project Start Date: June 2, 2026
Project Completion Date: August 14, 2026
