SpiriTrust Lutheran, The Village at Sprenkle Drive

Phase 1 of master plan implementation involved new assisted living and memory care residences through additions to the existing community center. All of the assisted living residences include bay windows, walk-in closets and accessible zero threshold showers. A few two-bedroom units accommodate couples. All of the households include great room areas with a fireplace, country kitchen and outdoor connections. The memory care households include memory boxes outside of each resident room and secure courtyard spaces. The project also involved the addition of a multi-purpose gathering space for the entire campus and updates to an existing bistro and coffee bar.
