As lead designer, Eric provides a clear understanding of how well-conceived design can positively impact quality of life. He has served as speaker and panel member at numerous state, national and international conferences. Eric is an NCARB registered architect and past chairperson and current member of the American Institute of Architects Design for Aging Knowledge Community. Other professional affiliations include LeadingAge and the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.

In his spare time, Eric is an avid hiker and bicyclist. After joining the ranks of Appalachian Trail “thru hikers” when he successfully trekked 2,178 miles from Georgia to Maine, he has now set his sights on several Midwest and West Coast trails.
