Sarah is passionate about helping our K-12 and Higher Education clients determine their vision for transformational environments early in the proposal or design process. She serves as a client advocate and provides additional organizational support, particularly during the initial planning phases of projects.

Sarah is particularly skilled at coordinating focus groups and maintaining communications between all parties.  Throughout the project process, she checks in with our clients and project team members to discuss progress and updates. Her energy source and inspiration comes from looking forward to the experience with our clients at the end of a project and seeing first-hand the inspirational influence that RLPS designs have on learners and educators.

A Leadership Lancaster core class graduate, Sarah is currently a member of the . In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, their families and pets.
