Acts - Fairhaven Clubhouse

As Fairhaven enters a new era as an Acts community, master planning resulted in a bold vision for the future of the Life Plan Community.

The dramatic changes start at the front door with a more intuitive entry experience and drive-under canopy to the main clubhouse. Updates continue inside the building with a host of new amenities and social spaces. Fairhaven also revitalized its site layout, offering more parking for residents and guests, as well as an multi-functional outdoor activity space in the newly created courtyard resulting from the entry change.

Courtyard

Previously, people would drive under a "cut-out" section of the building at street level to access the entrance.

The new entrance closed in that opening and provides a drive-under canopy for a more intuitive experience and easier access for larger vehicles.

The two-sided fireplace is an appealing new feature for both the interior lobby and the exterior courtyard.

The new lobby sets the tone of a spacious and luxurious campus offering a vibrant lifestyle.

Reconfiguring the building entry experience paved the way for filling in the former access area with a generously-sized and well-appointed lobby space.

Translucent glass sliding doors are used to create individual game rooms that can be opened for a larger space when needed.

Reimagining

Clubhouse Amenities

Clubhouse spaces were reorganized and updated to enhance offerings.

The adminstrative office suite was relocated and a billiard room, table tennis and card room were introduced in its place.

The newly created center courtyard is envisioned to function as an event venue and casual gathering space. It is equipped with a built-in grill, fire feature, bocce court, raised beds and diverse seating areas. A clubroom and lower level fitness facilities were also refreshed.
