Margaret’s 25+ years of master planning and design experience, paired with her passion for creating dynamic, person-centered places, empower her to reach innovative architectural solutions that go beyond the parameters of square-foot style programming. Her skill in relationship building within a team setting enables her to lead project vision sessions in which participants productively collaborate to define program elements that lay the groundwork for the design journey. Before joining the senior living field, Margaret worked in the development of publicly funded multi-family and senior affordable housing. She also served as Adjunct Professor at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology.
