Falcon Pointe at Woodcrest Villa demonstrates how thoughtful architectural design can support campus growth while preserving a strong sense of community.

Located at Tanem Living’s Woodcrest Villa in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, this four-story independent living apartment building expands the campus with 35 new residences and advances a long-range master plan shaped by nearly two decades of planning. Designed as a complement to the successful Pheasant Pointe building completed in 2019, Falcon Pointe reinforces continuity across the campus while responding to sustained demand for high-quality senior living.

Boutique Living at Campus Scale

At approximately 85,000 square feet, Falcon Pointe is intentionally scaled to create a more intimate residential experience.

The number of apartments on each floor is limited to reduce corridor lengths and support daily interaction among residents, helping the building feel personal rather than institutional. The exterior architecture blends stone, brick, and glass into a contemporary composition that is refined, welcoming, and well-integrated with the established Woodcrest Villa environment.

Shared Spaces & Community Connection

Shared spaces are designed to enhance daily life and encourage engagement.

A first-floor multipurpose room supports gatherings and resident activities, while the fourth-floor rooftop terrace offers both indoor and outdoor environments for year-round use and elevated views. These spaces create destinations within the building that promote connection, celebration, and everyday interaction.

Campus Integration

Falcon Pointe is fully integrated into the Woodcrest Villa campus through interior connections that provide convenient, weather-protected access to dining, wellness, spiritual, educational, and entertainment amenities.

This seamless integration supports continuity across the campus and reinforces the building’s role as part of a larger, amenity-rich community.
