A revamped floor plan and interior renovations updated an older office building for Simon Lever’s main office relocation.

Nearly double the size of its former space, the 25,100 square foot renovation resulted in more workspaces and collaboration areas to support the firm’s operational needs. The interior renovations also helped to create a new brand identity for the business advisory and accounting firm.

Making a good first impression through interior renovations

Daylighting, lower open workstations, and creating a welcoming first impression for clients and staff were the priorities for the renovated building. Flexible meeting rooms, collaboration areas and huddle spaces provide much needed teamwork and client meeting spaces. The renovations also created a large multipurpose room and bistro area for employee use as well as hosting seminars and conferences.

Timeless design

Pops of contemporary colors and elements were included in ways that can be easily changed out to keep the spaces current for many years. The distinctive, contemporary color scheme reflects the company brand and is complemented by unique features including bold wall graphics that coincide with the firm’s mission and values. The new office design created brand standards to be implemented at Simon Lever’s other locations.
