Matt has more than 20 years of experience as an NCARB registered project leader and is responsible for guiding projects through the planning and design phases into construction and occupancy. He has been involved in a number of senior living and care facility reinvention projects. Matt is also a member of the US Green Building Council as a LEED Accredited Professional and has served on the BOCA Building Code Variance Board for the City of Reading and on the Adaptive Reuse Committee at the YMCA of Reading.
Matt is in the midst of renovating and updating the old house he’s lived in for the past eight years. In his rare moments of spare time, you can find him outside kayaking, hiking, or biking.
