Samuel Betancourt

A skilled project team member who creates design content and supports BIM model management, administration, and maintenance, Sam joined RLPS as a BIM Technician and was recently promoted to Architectural Associate when he earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University in 2025.  He continues to develop his knowledge of building construction and systems, technical design skills, and team coordination.

Working at RLPS has deepened Sam’s understanding that architecture is ultimately about people. The buildings and spaces designed are not merely four walls, but places where individuals can truly be. This passion extends beyond the office, as Sam actively supports the local community through a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the LGBTQIA+ community of Lancaster County.
