Ashley joined RLPS in 2025 after earning her Master of Architecture from Kent State University, where she developed an interest in historic preservation. She is an architectural associate, focusing primarily on educational projects. Ashley developed an interest in educational design after experiencing a major renovation as a student and seeing firsthand the positive impact the new environment had on learning and student well-being.
When not working, Ashley enjoys traveling with friends and spending time outdoors, especially in the winter months. She also enjoys watching a variety of sports, most notably football and hockey.
