As a Project Architect with 5-10 years of experience in educational design, you will participate with a dedicated team in our Lancaster office to successfully deliver projects with authentic responsive design solutions that improve the quality of life for the end-users served.  You will need to be a strong Project Architect who is excited to serve as the client and consultant liaison in our educational markets. In addition, you will be empowered to collaborate with all RLPS team members across our architecture and interior design efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and present design project requirements.
  • Coordinate and organize projects for successful completion within budget, specification, and schedule.
  • Understanding of Pennsylvania Department of Education regulations and guidelines.
  • Capability to provide feasibility studies and future growth directives to school districts.
  • Work with the Partner-In-Charge to supervise the team’s design and technical delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology.

  • BIM experience.
  • Licensure required. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
