Mike serves as managing partner with overall responsibility for guiding and directing the firm. Backed by 27 years of experience, he provides leadership for planning and design of award-winning senior living and care centers. His project experience encompasses master planning, design and construction phase services which has resulted in a thorough knowledge of land use, development and future planning. Mike has served as a speaker at several national and state conferences. He is an NCARB Registered Architect in more than a dozen states, and his professional affiliations include the American Institute of Architects, LeadingAge and the Society for Advancement of Gerontological Environments (SAGE). He also previously served on the Manheim Township, PA planning commission and the steering committee for the Lancaster Chamber Executive Forum for Aging Services Providers.

A long time Phillies and Eagles fan, Mike also loves history and traveling.

Favorite Architect: Robert Venturi, a Philadelphia home-grown talent with a style that is uniquely contemporary with traditional references.
