Souderton Mennonite Homes - Memory Care Neighborhoods

The Serenata Memory Care neighborhoods represent a compassionate reimagining of life for individuals living with dementia.

Designed as two secure, homelike settings—one providing Personal Care for 26 residents and the other Skilled Nursing for 18—they feature bright, inviting shared spaces, private suites (including one companion suite), and fully accessible bathrooms with zero-threshold showers. Guided by research, mission and values, the design supports a brighter future defined by creativity, care, and compassion.

Both neighborhoods include biophilic design elements such as electric fireplaces, aquariums, nature artwork and abundant natural light. Clerestory windows flood the open living rooms with soft natural light. The architecture and interior design balance contemporary style with familiar, home-like comfort and scale. Vibrant interior accent colors differentiate spaces and evoke a sense of optimism.
