Masonic Village at Sewickley Clubhouse

Updates to the existing clubhouse focused on providing an appealing, contemporary center for the community while introducing more varied hospitality experiences. The extensive natural wood trim was maintained, but new finishes and furnishings create a brighter final result. The formal dining option is supplemented with a pub/coffee shop, grill room and outdoor dining with the option to expand the deck in the future. Surrounding spaces including the main entry lobby, library, card room and other activity and resident services spaces were also renovated. Inviting seating areas were incorporated throughout the clubhouse, including a new fireplace sitting area for marketing guests.

A previously underutilized outdoor plaza area was also updated and significantly expanded to create an appealing new outdoor venue.  With landscaping feathered into the hillside, this update also improved views from neighboring apartments.
