Paul serves as a project designer with experience across a variety of building types including senior living and hospice care facilities. A LEED accredited professional, he has authored articles and presented at state and national conferences for seniors’ housing and care organizations. A Registered Architect, Paul is a member of the American Institute of Architects. A past member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and former chairman of the Columbia Borough Planning Commission, Paul respects the interrelationship of urban design, regional planning, architecture and landscape architecture. Having served on the committee to develop the Borough’s Comprehensive Plan, he maintains an interest in his hometown of Columbia, its heritage and unique access to the Susquehanna River.

Paul’s time away from the office is focused on church and private foundation activities, along with his favorite pastime of tennis including participation in local league matches.
