Samaritan Summit Village Open House

This new senior care community, sponsored in part by a HEAL NY Grant, introduces assisted living which previously was not available in Jefferson County.  Local news station YNN covered the Open House Event.

In addition to the 85,000 SF, three-stroy assisted living residence, the new campus includes an attached 37,000 SF, two-story commons building; an adjacent, attached 109,000 SF, four-story skilled nursing center.

New Office Location

We’ve Moved! Our new office location is 250 Valleybrook Drive, Lancaster, PA 17601.

Check out the latest photos on our Facebook page as we  settle into our new space.  The new office is constructed in the same character as our former location, with simple building forms utilizing a combination of stone and wood on the façade and a standing seam roof reminiscent of many historical structures in the county. The new space reflects the firm’s appreciation for nature and outdoor connections, with abundant window and glass walls overlooking a central courtyard and the surrounding wetlands connecting to the township’s linear park system.

New Office Building

RLPS Architects is looking forward to moving into our larger, more efficient office building, slated for completion by the end of this year. Construction is currently underway on a 40-acre property along Oregon Pike for the new building of a similar style to the firm’s current award-winning office space at 1910 Harrington Drive. Warfel Construction is the general contractor.

The new office is expected to be 21,587 square feet, about 1/3 larger than the current 16,000 square foot space, with flexible furniture and space configurations to accommodate the firm’s 58 current employees in project team workspaces. The office will be surrounded by natural wetlands and connect to the township’s linear park system. While the new office will have a similar character and indoor/outdoor connections like the firm’s current location, it will also incorporate sustainable features expected to reduce energy costs and provide a healthy environment for employees.
